Bird Bath

Ah! Saturday...My hubby is already gone for the day 4X4ing or something having to do with a jeep and caching...it makes him happy...so it makes me happy for him but also for me...as I love my alone time...it's difficlut to explain...it's just nice. I really think it's good for both of us.
So I wanted to get up and hit the gym but I thought it would be a great day for a bike ride...but when I walked into the garage...I had seconds thoughts as it was mighty cold out there. So I am waiting for it to warm up a bit and then head out hopefully before Kiddo Brad comes up to meet for lunch. In the meantime I headed back to a warm bed and turned on the TV to see if I had any shows to watch but nothing...then I turn to the old standby HBO to see if there was anything to watch and sure enough there was Fever Pitch and it had barely started so I thought what the heck even though I had seen it before. I forgot what a cute little movie that was...not great but enjoyable to watch...I pretty much like everything with Drew Barrymore. Well I thought I better get going with my day as it was already almost 8:30. I then get a call from Karen and she's sobbing on the line...something hit her in the face and she was at urgent care. They just called her into the Dr. office so we will see how she is doing later. I'm sure she'll be fine
Hit the laundry and still cold outside so I am going to see if Brad wants to get a bike ride in when it's warmer...and oh wow there is a bird taking a bath in my birdbath/table that was a wedding gift...he's all grooming himself, looking and feeling a lot better I bet...and now he's gone.
I never intended it to be a bird bath but with the rains it's turned into one and that was a nice little surprise.
Have to log into HGTV to win a Dream House...log into Discovery Health to enter my activity/weight for a shot at a million dollars or some other prizes...nothing yet but it goes till March. I probably won't win but I get the prize of lots of emails from all over the place and that's always fun ;-0) So that's it for now.
